Can anyone help me? I was able to do this mod before. But I had to uninstall my GTA IV and now that I have re-installed it, I am unable to get it to work. I get "Can't write the file! Make sure you have permission to perform this action!" I have moved my GTA IV folder from the Programs list into My Documents as I did before, but it still doesn't work.

please add some waterheights like value = x , means it's high value = x , means low.. just give an example? I CAN'T PERFORM SET it says that i don't have permission

if i fill in a water height and press set I getting a message. Cant Write The File! Make sure you have permission to perform this action. Plz Help

Hi I have the steam version from GTA IV, and I can't this get to work. Does it function with version 1.0.4.0? Do I need to download anything else to make it work?
