GTA Chinatown Wars Huang Lee for GTA SA and GTA Vice City

It includes dffs for both games and two different textures; a classic one that fits more the VC/LC enviroment and another one that... well, fits SA world.
However, the textures are not final, but I don't plan on doing anything to the dffs right now.
Oh! just one more thing, the textures are transferable... I mean, you can use the SA texture in VC and viceversa
