Mod in GTA3, that's why I put it into Vice City.
So, it's good it is available for San Andreas. I
did have plans for Tupac murals but I wouldn't have
objected to this release - IF I had been asked.
As for your silliness - 'I got the image from the internet..'
The image in your TXD is the same one in my VC Mod TXD file.
I had to do quite a bit of work on the original.
Belated acknowledgment is better than none though 
Please ask authors of Mods for permission.
