This mod makes a car just like the police or taxi in vice city into a plain vehicle that replaces the washington it is complete with car colours, the car name, Everything!
The Xbox version of this car is now available thanks to rockstar games for the original model and yojo2 for the xbox to pc conversion which i modified with permission.

{MVL} Maxo's Vehicle Loader

Download the car which says {MVL} at the beginning, if there is not one it has not been approved by Admins yet.
{MVL} What is it?
MVL is a tool which allows you to add extra vehicles to Vice City just by installing his tool, then just download mods that are in MVL format and paste the .7z archive included into the Vehicles folder and its loaded automatically into the game and does not replace any current vehicle.
There is no reflection on this car fsr, I've looked at the txd and can't see what's wrong. It's very obvious when you're running enb series with reflections turned on.
