Description
This is a simple Texture replace that will change the colour of the police vehicles in vice.

The Cop Car looks like the Cop Car from the Manhunt games

Only the chopper file in gta3.img needs replacing the rest are done through text changes.

Why do you only get the chopper? I downloaded it for the police car.
