This mod has been totally delayed as the map is going to be in GTA Most Modded and is being worked on still GTA MM's first release coming by the end of june
FENCE-FIX-4MODDERS is a TXD replace that will enable the destroyable fence from GTA 3 to be used in mods for Vice

when you istalled a hard building such (ex:marks fun island , , skycraper mod you need the vc limit adjust "WHAT FOR DUDE?? ??" okay this tools used to increase an dummys and the building, when it's red it is probabbly crash... to avoid it you need this tool... when it's green that's the better one...
