Description

This Mod gives you access to all areas via any of the bridges or tunnels. It's very handy when you start a new game or you create Mods and need access to all areas at all times.
There is a lot of fun to be had just cruising around or dirt biking in the hills and woods of Flint County. This is a binary IPL Mod.

It'd be great if you would get rid of the whole 4-stars thing as well...
