Replaces the generic spraycan texture with a can of Krylon.
Installation: Open gta3.img with IMG Tool and replace "spraycan.txd" with this one.
Optional: I've also included csspray.txd. This can be used to replace the spraycan texture in the cutscenes. Just open cutscene.img with img tool and replace csspray.txd.
