to use this mod you need cleo library 3 i think or whatever cleo...not sure...i was bored
i just composed some simple opcodes to do this
to activate the wavy vision hold the F4 button for like 2 and a half seconds

Drunk vision stays until either busted or wasted

Drunk vision does'nt go away by driving a car!
