This Mod replaced a pedestrian in San Andreas. This does not replace CJ, because there are already a lot of CJ Michael Myers Skin Mods.
So When replacing this pedestrian, you will find him walking around San Andreas.
If you want to change the ped, then change the file name to *Name*.txd
