The effects on San Andreas are ok, but not the best, you can get "good effects" downloads, but still, they're not really in tune with the game, so I'm working on replacing particle.exe that replaces most of the effects, I'll bring out similar mods to this soon, when i say High Definition i mean extra large images e.g. 3000x3000 cut, cropped, minimized, sharpened, ill post some examples of replacements soon. this mod looks great if you use TFT/LCD/Pasma TV-PCs
