If you want to complete Vice City for 100 percent, but because of some reasons that's difficult or you just too lazy... so... this save file it's exactly what you need...
Thing i have completed before "An old friend mission":
-I have done all 35 rampage missions.
-I've found all 100 hidden packages.
-Robbed 15 stores
-Completed all vehicle missions:
 Pizza Boy
 Paramedic
 Firefighter
 Vigilante
 Taxi Driver
-I've made 32 unique jumps(only 32 because i can not reach the 4 remaining.Two of them you will find behind the gate, near Cortez's yacht. Three another you will get during "G-Spotlight" mission.
-Also i completed all RC missions, "Cone crazy", "PCJ Playground" missions, two trial missions in Downtown(these two missions with Landstalker and Sanchez) and all misions at Statium(Hotring, Bloodring and Dirtring).

So, the things you have to do in future to complete Vice City for 100% are following:
-Story and asset missions
-Street racers missions
-Assassination missions
-Four sparrow missions
-Shooting range in "Ammu-nation" of Downtown after mission "The shootist"

I hope that I have not forgotten anything. During making this file i haven't used any trainers or other programs, only used well-known glitches to reach second island of Vice City.
