I haven't Finished all max skins yet but I will upload them one by one because they're really hard to convert into gta iv

the models might look a little bugged, this is because I never worked with gta iv before

Tools required :

OpenIv

Installation :
Start OpenIv then Check "Edit Mode" go to this directory
(Yourgamefolder\Pc\Models\Cdimages\Playedped.rpf and open it

Replace the new files with the old one but First Make "Backup"
