EDIT II: Second complete remaster.
3 Years ago, i got lots of things wrong, and with more and more info that surfaced during those times, i was able to get it working better.

This includes ALL GTA 3 Cars (and a few LCS styled like GTA 3) with their flags, features, correct sounds and visuals, for GTA Vice City to use with MVL. Yes, even the Helicopters.

All of them uses RGB carcols (so it doesn't depend on carcols.dat changes), make them usable effectively on any mod that supports MVL.

I also included a few LCS cars on the GTA 3 style made by "Qwerty Van Hallen", and took the params and carcols from Re:LCS to make them work here. So its effectively a flawless port of those too. It has all exclusive LCS cars on the GTA 3 artstyle but the Campaign vans.

Credits to Rockstar Games / Leeds for the original assets. Maxorator for MVL and its MVL XML generator, and the people from the re3 / reVC / reLCS team for the game's reverse engineer and sourcecode.
