YOU MUST DOWNLOAD ALL THREE PARTS. Save them all in the same destination, then extract Skins.part1.rar using winrar to access all the files.

Here's a collection of garish 80s button down shirts for Tommy to wear! 11 skins in total are included, you must download all three parts. The archive had to be split due to the upload size limit.

!IMPORTANT!
These skins are for use with the cutscene model of Tommy only.
They will not display correctly on the default player model.

Download the cutscene models from here, then follow the instructions to install them.

Then simply unpack all of my skins to your skins folder and you're good to go.
