Here's devil tommy!
Not really nicely textured though should look nice with that tail and them horns.
Installation
1) Open gta3.img using something like imgtool or imgfactory or gimg or something
2) Replace player.dff in the archive with the player.dff in this archive.
3) Either put devil.bmp in skins folder and select it in Options > Skins
or
3) Rename devil.bmp to player.bmp and replace it with models/generic/player.bmp.
also , I'm not sure if this is a conversion or created from scratch , Though the tail and the horns were created from scratch.
