SilentPatch

These games are surely great, nonetheless they have some issues. This little modification attempts to fix some of them.

I think you must indicate more information. In which gta-game the traffic spawn seems to decrease?

i hope you see this, when i install, traffic spawn seems to decrease heavily. there are only maybe 5 cars max that spawn and even parked cars aren't where they are supposed to spawn

Hello Silent! I'm surprised you're still active. Anyway, when I run the newest SilentPatch for San Andreas with ASI loader 1.3, I get an error stating "You're using a 1.01 executable which is no longer supported by SilentPatch!" Then when I load a game or make a new game, the game crashes as soon as it finishes loading. The reason I'm posting this message here is that the readme for SilentPatch indicates 1.01 San Andreas should be supported. Can you shed any light on whether or not this is the case?

Do you know what exactly is broken? SP actually bumps up antialiasing quality, but it doesn't change anything else - so it's not possible that you now are unable to force it from the GPU control panel.

Hi! With this patch it looks like anti-aliasing is broken (win8.1). It doesn't even work when I force it in the driver settings. What can I do? The game looks pretty ugly this way at some parts.

Thanks for the mod. It gets me into the game (GTA Vice City) and seems to fix a lot of mouse issues, but I'm unable to save games. I've checked a few things... looks like the GTA Vice City User FIles folder gets created in my documents, but every time I try and save it simply says 'Save Failed, Please try again' I'm on Windows 10, using the Steam Version.

My game wont start when I have the SilentPatch.asi inside the folder. I have the retail dvd. It was version 2.0 but downgraded it to 1.0 and it still doesnt work. Help! And yes I installed the launcher and everything is done right.

SilentPatch 1.1 out!
Finally I got myself to re-release the III and VC versions :) The re-release features both new fixes (three for III, one for VC) and also fixes bugs introduced by the patch itself, like the bug with the radio starting in a wrong place at New Game in GTA VC. I also FINALLY uploaded SilentPatchSA on GTAGarage! It's been out on GTAForums for a while, but I never got to upload it here. Now, all next builds will end up being uploaded here instead.
