Have you ever seen small monsters? The only small monster I have seen is in GTA SA , so why not make it huge? Here is the huge version of the Monster
Installation
I hope you have the default .txd files of monster , so here are the steps
1.) Copy Vehicles.ide , and paste it to the data folder of GTA SA
2.) Grab a tool called IMG Tool
3.) Open GTA3.img , using IMG Tool
4.) Click Find , monster.dff
5.) Right Click , Replace -> Then open monster.dff in the file
All set , now the next time you find any monster , it will not be small... , It will be huge
