I'am trying to give the game a 1992 feeling, and with this mod i get al little closer to that.

Except the building ( so I change billboard only ) Billboards, though attractive, it is one of the cool things yet its advertising cost is almost similar to a 30 second video marketing ads, and or a 1 minute voice over ads in radio or live events, just like one offered by http://www.debbieirwin.com/. commented over 10 years ago: I love the SPAM ad, damn now I'm hungry...
