To install just extract the entire package to your vice city folder. Asks for replace click on yes.
If done all things right you can see and visit your flying new army camp in vice city. It`s the same old army camp but given a new touch and of course it`s flying up in the sky and also there are no army men there to kill you. There are many interesting things for you to see there. Follow the map provided to find the place. I hopes you will enjoy it.
Your game may crash while loading. If so, download the vice city limit adjuster and set the dummies value to 35000 and buildings value to 85000. But, usually all things goes right.
