Some of you may ask "Didn't ACCOUNT_missing have already included a LCS chopper in his MVL Car Pack?" Yep, this is true, BUT:
This is a whole new LCS NPC heli, with alot improvements to it.

*Low-detailed helipads, and rear rotor. You will say now i'm an id*ot to put them low detailed. But LCS USE the low detailed model (GTA LCS uses the low quality model of Police Maverick, i did the same with the VC Police Maverick to use the low detailed, and they look exact same)
*LCS LCPD decals
*LCS body
*Non-transpartment grey windows
*Blue/white body paint.

All of them are making a wonderfull LCS Chopper
