- 3 objects for placement on seabeds
- UNDERWATER weather data for timecyc.dat, done with fastman92's In-game Timecyc Editor

I made it for Sanvice Reloaded but this project is waiting for a release version

About procobj.dat
This data file contain allocations of objects to collisions material
You can notice that vegetetations appear on landscape but you never can find placements of these vegetations
These vegetation will be spawned randomly depending to the material of the collisions model, when player moves on such objects
Also the seestars, seeflowers and stones or rocks on seabed
size and relative placement is proceed randomly

The default SA seabed mostly have P_UNDERWATERBARREN as collisions material
look in procobj.dat for allocations of P_UNDERWATERBARREN

A problem by mapping with that is, if seabed flats are to near to the upper world you have then seaflowers growing on streets and such

So i made the collisions model of seabedrock for a part as P_UNDERWATERLUSH to let grow there smaller seaflowers
and for another part as P_UNDERWATERCORAL which have none allocation, to can place the seabedrock at the borders of water and landscapes

seablock is made as P_UNDERWATERLUSH and have everywhere smaller seaflowers
korallrock is made as P_SEEWEEDSAND and have non allocations
