Description

This simple CLEO permitts you to adjust the vehicle wheel turning speed, for a more realistic experience. (c) Link2012
Works with gta3.exe 1.0 and 1.1, gta_vc.exe 1.0, gta_sa.exe 1.0.

I made a bug fix, so, download an updated version and replace the old one.
