Alright! Now I am going to teach you how to install this timy-wimy stuff.

Allon-y:
1.find and open gta3.img in your game file by imgtool.
2.search and delete sparrow.dff/.txd in gta3.img by imgtool.
3.add new sparrow.dff/.txd(which in the download file) to gta3.img by imgtool.
4.put the new handling.cfg(which in the download file) into your sapath-data and replace the original one.
5.open the game and spawn the sparrow(tardis) by carspawn cleo(sorry, i can't provide it.please google it)

you can also replace it to other helicopters.

And i want to make a doctor who model of sa with the real effect in the TV.
