This mod is for people who play gta san andreas on vga onboard or slow pc.
-Reduced traffic, now no more than 5 vehicle spawn on traffic
-Remove clouds and some low quality particle
-lower draw distance (farclip)
with this mod you can increase fps on slow pc. I dont have problem running SA on my desktop pc but there are fps problem when playing sa on my old laptop.
