if you want hearing a penance stare sound you must download gta iv ghost rider and copy GRSOUND folder to your cleo folder, because i don't got any permission from julioNIB so i don't put it in my mod ^^

This is gonna be the best Ghost Rider mod ever. I'll download it when everything is ready.
