Description
This script increases the wanted level difficulty by adding heavy response units during a pursuit. I know this was done before, but I don't think anyone has done it with the unused vehicles yet.

At 3 stars or above: A SWAT Van(25% chances) or a Rural Cop Car(50% chances) will spawn and pursue the player (Police cars, bikes and helicopters will join in as well).

At 4 stars or above: SWAT Vans(50% chances) and FBI Trucks(50% chances) spawn more frequently and will pursue the player (Police cars, bikes, helicopters, and Enforcers will join in as well).

At 5 stars or above: SWAT Vans, FBI Trucks, and FBI Cars will pursue the player (Chances are a Rural Cop Car will spawn to ram the player off the road).

Unlike most mods, no vehicle is replaced, just re-added.

Trivia:
-The Rural Cop Car acts as a heavy ram unit like the Rhinos in Need For Speed.
-FBI Trucks and SWAT Vans are unused vehicles. This mod includes them in pursuits.
-SWAT Vans, FBI Trucks and Rural Cop Cars have heavy properties, meaning they can ram obstacles off the road with ease. Be careful.
-Each vehicle has their respective Law Enforcement Unit with their proper equipment (SWAT has UZIs, FBI has MP5s, etc.).

Bugs and Glitches:
1- For some reason, if any of the heavy units get out of their car, they won't have any weapon and will attack the player bare-handed. I will try to fix this as soon as possible. Fixed
2- Heavy Response Units may or may not do a drive-by. This rarely happens. 3 in 260 chances of happening. 1 in 300 chances of happening. Fixed
3- After reaching 6 stars, game might crash. Extremely rare. 1 in 300 chances of happening. Fixed
4- If the player moves away from these units, the game crashes. Reason: It deletes and re-spawns the vehicles, drivers, and weapons at the exact same time. Fixed
