This mod replace some file of liberty city and fixes the city from falling.
Im still working on it and the buildings too, so hard but it's good.

Spliting the files During the files are getting larger and larger, I split the files to:
1.Liberty city and the interiors place
2.Liberty city and my city to avoid crashes in-game.
