This mod makes some peds assigned as gang members.

File details:
pedgrp.dat
1. (Peds assigned to gang based on appearances)
- Purple peds will now be joining Ballas.
- Green peds and orange peds will now be joining Grove Street Families.
- Yellow peds, brown peds and red peds will now be joining Los Santos Vagos.
- Turqoise peds and blue peds will now be joining neither Aztecas or Rifa.
- Black peds and white peds will now be joining neither Mafia, Triads or Da Nang Boys.

2. Added a new gang to game. They looked very poor, they drive beaten-up cars and only armed with melee weapons.

3. Russian Mafia appears in some missions like 'Just Business', but they never appeared in the streets. Now they are assigned as Gang 9 (Russian Mafia)

cargrp.dat
- Assigned vehicles for Russian Mafia and the poorest gang in the state.

CLEO script (gang.cs):
1. Russian Mafia now armed with Shotgun and 9mm gun.
2. The trampers use melee weapons like bats and knifes.
3. Russian Mafia now spawns in Los Santos's rich places and business centres. The trampers spawns in poor places of LS and SF.
