I have created this iphone modificasion
to gta sa (gta iv skin)
Install: Copy the 'misc.txd' file to (C: \ Program Files \ Rockstar Games \ GTA SanAndreas \ GTA_IV_HUD)
(DON'T Forget TO BACKUP)
Use: You need GTA IV Hud, press "P"
And then the phone will popup

Your kidding me right? If you dont know what this is, go away lol, in GTA SA you never could call people. The mission/NPC called.
