what is the chaet? and how can you make the "peds attack you" permanent in the game(when you start a new game) caue i'm making a zombie game .

nice. great alternative for people who don't want full conversions. also, just throwing it out there, this mod works great in conjunction with the zombie ped skins from Biohazard Alert. all you have to do is tell the installer to extract to an empty folder and out comes all the 'guts' of the mod. Now, you don't have to totally convert your entire game, it's easily revertable between the normal game if you just backup gta3.img and the ped anim file and you still get the thrill of a zombie survival. Just be sure you have some way to keep peds from spawning in cars if you are after accurate zombie intelligence and turn on the 'peds attack you' cheat and your done.

PS: a good cheat for keeping cars off the road, but peds on the street is the 'gangs control the streets' code
