Well as the title says, this mod makes your mission complete sound as the one's from liberty city stories.
There are two mission complete sound: one that you hear normally in lcs and unused one which is the gta 3 intro theme (also the theme are similar to the one in the lcs opening) and since the both are called miscom (mission complete) I decided to convert the both and made it for vice city and 3.

How to install? 
simple but before you do this, you need to backup miscom.mp3(or .wav for gta 3) in case you want to un-install it. then choose to download the 3 or vice city version and after the download open the .rar file and choose the version you want (version 1 is the used one for lcs mission complete sound and version 2 is the unused one) and put miscom file in the audio folder.
simply: download, open rar file, pick a version and extract it to the audio folder.
