Installation

1st If you don't have CLEO
Google 'CLEO' and install it to your GTA
If you're asked about Sanny Builder folder when install just leave it blank

2nd Drag all the file in the 'GTA... \CLEO' in your 'CLEO' folder

3rd Have fun

MAJOR UPDATE

Script rewrite
Everything can be toggle on and off
Key now change to number from 0 to 9
New functions added

Script MAY not work if you're on mission or activing any of the vehicle cheat

CONTROL

For both game

Press 0 for car door
You can choose to LOCK or UNLOCK the car
Careful not to LOCK the car when someone already has the door opened
Locking in bike or no-door vehicle will have no effect

Press 1 for car alarm
Alarm will turn on for about 10 seconds, if not off
Cop will get you for this prank.

Press 2 for alternate camera
You can see the world from the player's viewpoint
You can rotate the camera regardless of control setting
Set 'Invert Mouse Setting' to off for GTA 3
This is used for roleplay purpose only.
Press 'CAMERA KEY' to exit

Press 3 for engine
Turn on or off the engine
This work with everything, even heli can't take off without engine
Engine management in those game are weird I tell you

Press 4 for specific vehicle setting

GTA III/VC Taxi
To toggle the taxi light on and off

GTA VC Rhino
To toggle the tank ability to explode everything upon contact
When it's on, the tank gains the ability to destroy every vehicle it touch
However, each hit MOST OF THE TIME will lower the tank speed
When off, the tank can push through everything in its path
You gain no police attention for pushing innocent vehicle.

Press 5 for color protection
So here's the deal, you have an awesome car and don't want its color to change
But now you have 5 stars and the FBI just won't leave you alone
This will protect your car's color from Pay 'n' Sprays

Specific game
GTA III
You must pass the mission 'Van Heist'

Press 6 to alert Color 1
Press 7 to alert Color 2
First, open 'CARINFO.doc' and search for the color ID you want
Then press '[]' to cycle though each value
Hit 'CAMERA KEY' to cancel
Then spray your car at the garage where you stole the Securicar
Cost 3000$

GTA VC
You must purchased a 'Screwdriver'

Press 6 to alert Car Variant
First, open 'CARINFO.doc' and search for the color ID you want
Then press '[]' to cycle though each value
Hit 'CAMERA KEY' to cancel
Then you'll be charged with a random cash from 500$ to 3000$
This basically set up a car 'upgrade' plan for Tommy
You won't see the result right away but put the car in the garage
He'll handle the rest

In GTA3 if you used Total Conversation mod that somehow doesn't create, or create the Garage
with alert variable, your game will CRASHED.In case I have the 'CARCON1.cs' file which don't
have the 'key 6, 7' feature

Old V1.0 control
This mod enables you to lock/unlock car door as well as turn off car engine
Control
U Unlock car
L Lock car
T Turn off engine
Once you turned off your engine there is no point to drive anymore so exit it and reenter and the engine will be turn on again
Engine bonus: Turn off your car's engine and then get out will prevent the car from getting damage when being flipped upside down so you will have enough time to get to another vehicle to flip it over(don't worry, the GTA 3/VC engine keep the last 2 cars you used in memory) still in v2.0 and up
