Despicable Me Billboard MOD for GTA SA by Geosworld2011 (known as 2012geosworld on YouTube)
1. Open up TXD Workshop (open it if you have one.)
2. Then, search for some billboard in every street such as:
lahillsads.txd <- Contains 3 billboards which are located in SA, near Madd Dogs mansion.
lawnbillbrd.txd <- Contains 5 billboards located in SA in and around city
billbrd01_lan, txd <- Contains 5 billboards located in SA in and around city
3. Then replace your Despicable Me pictures.
4. Have fun!
