Install with sami.
I dont know how to fix the no wheel bug but if you mod it in the garage in san andreas while playing its fixed.
I converted it from gta vc to gta san andreas
Model name idaho to admiral.

Ridge racer type 4 lizard bonfire for gta san andreas.
