Description

1946 Chevrolet Ambulance ( COE Panel Truck )

Ok, so this truck was never built by GM, but some crafty hot rodders have turned out a few over the years.
It is not intended to replace Ambulance !
It's intended to replace vans. ( Cargo, box, step, any van. )


This truck has potential to be all kinds of unique vehicles, so I have left the model unlocked.
