the wheel size is controlled by the vehicles.ide file.
make sure you copy and paste over the original line. Be careful not to edit any other lines...
the wheel size is controlled by the numbers 2nd and 3rd from the end of the line.. eg:
........ -1, 1.0, 1.0, 2
the RED numbers are front and back wheels.. [in that order]
u can edit these numbers.. just don't change them too much, because strange things begin to happen.........

It gets a bit hard to control at high speeds but that could just be my driving 
Does this rally version you speak of include the 4 additional lights on the grill, and would they work? It would be ace if you could add them in as a modification at Transfender!
