this IS by Far The Best mod i have seen for Gta vice city. have a cookie :cookie:

I have a suggestion for you. If you can edit the path for the yacht, replace the yacht module with an airplane that has an accessible interior and make it follow a certain path around Vice City, OF course you have to edit VC's boundaries.
