A)..it contain every thing in groove street

 friends this is my first mod ultimate it contain the groove street full of useful there is the 1 choppers on the roof
1.sparrow

4 vehicle back of the c j's house
1.kart 2.hotring 3.nrg500

on the right side of c j's house
1.feltzer in mod folder ultimate there is the gta 3 folder when you extract it found inside of it
there is 2 files feltzer.dff and feltzer.txd you know what to do if not
then open gta img tool and replace it with your game's( /models/gta3)

B)..ultimate2.cs (2nd part) has more vehicle readme inside the mod folder download it and get it
in ultimate2.cs there is new model of banshee

LAST UPDATE:

c)..THIS is last update for ultimate3 v3.0 it have some new more vehicles and guns inside cj's house
hope you like. put cleo folder to gta sanandreas root folder and there is new weapon modles to if you want vehicle modles then you have to
download ultimate and ultimate 2 because i forgetton to put them in ultimate 3

and yes there is cs folder in it copy it inside your cleo 3 library or cleo 4
now the cleo 4 can handle it perfectly
