Well you need 3ds max and a lot of tools just searh it on google how to mod gta's there's a lot for example scripting and texture's there's truly a lot ...

sorry for the late reply... yes of course you can edit it ^_^ but i have a bad news on you im not modding anymore coz i lost my usb it's really bad if i got another usb i probably go back into modding again right now my crossfire weapon packs is finish i still cant upload it ... ah yes you can edit it right now if you want ^_^

sorry for the reply guys i've really been busy this whole year coz my school works... first comment sorry if i didn't put a ream me file... just use crazy img or whatever img you use replace the following file in rar that's all... second comment of course if it is img you can use it as long as it can open gta3.img ... lastly thxs guys ^_^ ... sorry for the delay... and late replay...

sorry guys for trouble i think i cant do it in los santos and las ventura coz im really busy but if i have a time i will surely continue this texture as a new roads...
