There aren't any Uniform Mods like this anywhere so i Decided to contribute one by making one myself.
To complete the mod's Look use Zip's Black Pants and Binco's White Hi-tops.
*UPDATED* You Don't Need that Beta one i did anymore you can have this fixed one Instead.
I Removed that pattern that became crappy. this one should look better. The Black and blue ones are still coming.
Updates 0.5 Initial Release (Removed because of odd pattern.)
1.0 Removed pattern More Refined Black Color
1.5 Will be blue. not doing red though changed my mind.
