Description
This is a mod that changes your boring-ass old SA water with my new Tropical and Transparent water. There is a completely new texture which will, in no ways, look tiled like many other water mods.

How to install?
If you HAVE any "effects" mods (for example Overdose Effects, New Great ffects, etc.) then you should use
TXD Workshop and replace the "waterclear256.bmp" and "waterclear256a.bmp" in the particles.txd in the
"GTA San Andreas\models" folder with the ones I provided.
If you HAVE NOT installed any effects mod, then you can simply replace the particle.txd with my one in the
GTA San Andreas\models folder.

Important Note
One important point you should note is that there is a bright blue "glow" during the night and day. If you want that "glow", you should go and check out the Guru Timecyc Mod!
