I've extracted the .ISO from my Xbox version of Grand Theft Auto III. I extracted the Kuruma.txd and .DFF from the game and converted it to Vice City's version of RenderWare. It has proper Car Colors and decent handling. I'll continue to work on the handling. If you have any issues message me.
