IMPORTANT NOTE:- I have only given the screenshots of the Los Santos weather. You can get ideas about the other sky colours by looking at the other screenshots (v1.2) and by playing the game with this mod.

Look at the Screenshots before reading this. As you can see in the Pics, this mod is made to change the weather.I have edited the weather so that there is a more bright and vivid atmosphere everywhere around San Andreas. This mod is finally 100% complete.

System Requirements:-

This mod can run on ANY computer that can Run GTA San Andreas! But it's still good if you even have a medium-end PC. (It really works well on my Old-Ass PC as you can see in the Screenshots)

Bug Fixes of v1.3:-

a)Now all weathers appear at different cities accordingly. In other words, now you won't find the old GTA SA weather anymore.

b)A very serious bug is handled. If you used the previous versions, you would face the "flashing terrain" bug. Well, thanks to ThirteenAG, I have made a CLEO script which reduces the problem's effects.

c)The night-time weather is still darker as someone recommended me.

d)Made changes to the Los Santos Weather and the San Fierro Weather. The others are unchanged (water is changed), as I didn't get any suggestions, though I told you guys a hundred times to give me ideas, .

What's in v1.3:-

a)Everything in v1.2, but improved.

b)I have made a major change. The water, which was bright blue, is now changed to reflect to the colour of the sky. You can Understand more if you look at the v1.3 screenshots.

c)This is the "only" Timecyc mod for sa which has the draw distance maxed out to the limits. If you're in the middle of the GTA SA map, you can see all the three cities at night (also during the day if you're going at High Speeds. I have included a Panoramic Photo which shows all three cities from one position!

d)All weathers (including the SF weathers) are now complete. It took time to finish because this mod includes five different environments for five different kinds of area (LS, SF, LV, Desert, Countryside).

g)The Clouds are also coloured according to the Top of the sky. You can see the differences in the Screenshots.

What's in the previous versions:-

I don't want to talk about v1.1 and v1.2 because v1.3 has everything of its previous versions and because of the Giant Update, the versions are incomparable.

About the Speeding Effect:-

As you can see in some of the Pics, you can see that there are about 10 screenshots which are titled "speeding in "
These screens are trying to explain a totally unique effect which you are not supposed to get with any Other Timecyc mod. When you are going at high speeds, the environment will turn a little darker. This happens because of the motion blur and is more effective during the day. You will see the Sky will turn to a different and darker colour (not white anymore) and you will be able to see much further away. You can make yourself clear if you look at the Screens and/or if you play your game with my mod.

Important Notes:-

a)You might face a bug if you look at the ocean's horizon. That is actually not a bug of my mod. Its how GTA SA streams ad you may face this problem if you use other Timecyc mods with a Large Draw Distance. This also goes for the "flashing terrain" bug, which is also not my fault.

b)Even though this mod is still in BETA version, the mod is 80% complete. In some Very Rare cases when you're in SF, you might find the old GTA SA Weather. But that will not stay for long and you will soon find yourself in the new and improved Guru Weather. .

c)This is a very important point. I need YOUR Suggestions to make my mod better. After releasing v1.1, I got a couple of suggestions and I followed them and accordingly edited the weather as you can see in v1.2. So I need YOUR ideas and requests and I will try to follow them and make the Final version, that is, v1.3.
