- It is the timecyc 2.0 version of canceled Vice City Rage project made by RAGE Team.

- Version 2.0 is a new version of old VCR timecyc, it was made after the VCR First Beta release.
- No one knew about this version and no one saw it before, except for the Rage Team.

- This timecyc originally was made for VCR Final Version, but in early summer 2012 project was canceled (for several reasons)
 and this timecyc was abandoned and forgotten in my hard drive for half a year.

I'm sad about the fact that such good work is done without a cause, so I decided to release this timecyc for the community as standalone mod.
