For 10th Vice City Anniversary.
This modification is an addition to such big mods as KillerKip, Ultimate and others, where cars and textures are replaced, but peds, characters and player are original.
The mod totally change VC peds, characters and player. Then there will be another additions.
In beta version there are most of the peds, characters and player's clothes changed.
Recommended using with such mods as Deluxe, KillerKip, Ultimate and others to have the full conversion.
