I checked for this and found one re-texture but it looked like it wasn't for regular gta iv, and i don't have EFLC, for those of you who don't have EFLC, like me, I decided to make one for regular gta iv, you can either use Open iv or Spark iv either of those work and you need to open open iv or spark iv and go to models/cdimages/weapons.img open that then go all the way to the bottom and open w_uzi.wtd and import the 2 textures and then run your game simple as that!
