If you want it to work for gta4 then rename it into the suit that fits the tbogt one and use openiv to do the rest.
If you are stuck not knowing how to install this, then READ THIS PART:
1.use openiv
2.if you're using eflc then episodes, tbogt, models, cdimages, playerped, find the file with the exactly same NAME with mine, doudle click it, replace the texture with mine.
3.if you are using gta4, then find the suit that fit the texture the most and replace the picture with mine.
