This is the actual Beta Model of the Blista Compact as seen in the Vice City trailers and pictures, the beta model was used in Manhunt as a scenery object and has been converted back to a working vehicle by me (ALMOST610), I would say that 90% of the credit goes to Rockstar Games, 8% to Myself for Converting and making fixes and 2% to Mr. Jago who uploaded the Scenery File.

I know it is a Beta version of the Blista Compact as the Beta Model which is pictured in Development Screens and Videos looks identical to this model which was found in Manhunt, Thus I and everyone else comes to this conclusion.
