This savegame has all main storyline missions complete. Side missions like races, firetruck, ambulance or police missions are not completed. Stats & skills, graffiti tags, Flying school have been reset using SaveGameEditor.
In other words ONLY main story missions are completed(No Busted, No Wasted, No Cheated)
I find it useful for those who want to start over from 0, but don't want to do the missions again.
For some reason all oysters are collected and I cannot undo that.
